Terms and Conditions
- UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please use a physical street address to ensure proper delivery.
- UPS will not deliver on or count weekend days or holidays on delivery schedule.
- Orders received after 2 p.m . (Eastern Time) will not be processed until the following business day.
- No orders will be processed on weekends or holidays.
- Continental U.S. orders will be shipped via UPS. Orders to destinations in Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (same fee schedule applies).
- We cannot guarantee packages delayed due to carrier error, customer error, weather problems or labor disputes.
- No refunds will be given on shipping costs.
- At this time, we are unable to process any International orders. ALL International orders will be voided.
- We are in the process of changing over our delivery system from UPS to USPS. This will enable us to be able to ship internationally. Each country is a different price point, so either call us at 1 919 687-6555 or email bwilson@durhambulls.com for pricing. The shipping cost quoted by the store will be adjuested to reflect the additional cost of international shipping.
